Bambu Lab P1S Front Door Mounting Kit

Overview

The front door mounting kit is used to connect the front door glass to the printer.

• Front door upper hinge *1
   
• Front door lower hinge *1
   
• Silicone strip for door frame *1
   
• Door Frame magnet *2
   
• Front door upper hinge screws *2
   
• Lower front door hinge screws *2

   

Installation of Front Door Mounting Kit

• Remove the front door, the upper hinge of the front door, the left panel of the machine, and the lower hinge of the front door (use pliers to bend the bottom of the post to remove the lower hinge of the front door)
   
• Replace the new front door upper hinge and front door lower hinge
   
• Tear off the silicone strip of the door frame and remove the double-sided tape left on the door frame
   
• Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the magnet off the door frame and glue the new magnet on with Glue 502
   
• Replace the new door frame silicone strip
   
• Install new/old front door
